An immersive journey into the chakras, exploring each wheel of energy through Sound & Vibration, Art & Creativity.

Integrating elements of Yoga, Pranayama, Visualization, and Sound Healing together with Activities of creative visual and vibrational expression will allow us to directly connect with each energy center and learn how to transform and unify them to create a harmonious and balanced experience of life.

This workshop is open to all people who want to better understand and explore their Chakras with the aim to integrate it into their daily life.
